​​​​​​​Exhibitor's Ramp and Hangar Layout ​

​Signature Flight Support and International Paper have graciously donated their facilities and staff to host the Fly-In and Aviation Career Day.  Exhibitors will be housed inside International Paper's 18,000 sq/ft pristine hangar.

Aircraft Static displays will be staged on 100,000 sq/ft of Signature's ramp.  Food Trucks and eating area will be set up under Signature's Art Deco Portico.  The Career Day Speakers location is currently TBD.

Event Marketing

The Fly-In is targeted to General Aviation Pilots, Aircraft Owners, Professional Pilots, High School Students, Aviation Students and Aviation Enthusiasts.  Marketing will include direct mail, social media, email blasts, websites and traditional print media.  The Sponsorship team has committed to create a large community event for the Memphis/Midsouth area.

Inside Exhibitor Information & Set Up

Each exhibitor will have a table, tablecloth and 2 chairs.  Set up is from 7am and must be completed by 9am. Please let us know if you need electricity, extra space or any other special request when you register.  If you need to ship items to the event, contact jon.zelie@signatureflight.com​

Aircraft Static Display Information

Aircraft must be on Signature's ramp by 8:00 am on the morning of the event.  All Aircraft must be marshalled into and out of parking.  Every Static Display should have staff to monitor their aircraft and show participants.  Safety of all participants is the first priority!

Exhibitor Donations

We are asking all exhibitors to donate their typical fees to The Organization of Black Aerospace Professionals' (OBAP) Luke Weathers Jr. Flight Academy (LWFA).   LWFA is a Memphis based flight academy that aims to grow and diversify the future pilot pipeline.  To find out more and donate, please click at the bottom of this page.
